1. Position Purpose:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build brand visibility in Singapore and the targeted countries. The ideal candidate will have adequate knowledge and background in both B2B and B2C sales and marketing, with excellent leadership and analytical skills.
2. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Sales
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
· Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
· Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
· Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
b. Marketing
· Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
· Oversee brand management, product positioning, and corporate communications.
· Work with internal teams or external agencies to create engaging content and promotional materials.
· Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and return on investment (ROI) for campaigns.
· Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
· Maintain the company’s digital presence, including website and social media platforms.
3. Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
· Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, and digital trends.
· Proven track records in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and data analytics.
· Prior experience in training & education industry preferred.
