About the Role
Tembusu Institute is seeking a motivated freelance Sales Executive to drive programme enrollment and student recruitment on a part-time basis. You will manage a sales portfolio, qualify leads, and ensure classes meet minimum enrollment targets while maximizing participant numbers. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven professional seeking flexible, commission-based work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure classes within your sales portfolio meet and exceed minimum participant requirements to run successfully.
- Maximize enrollment numbers and optimize classroom capacity through proactive sales efforts.
- Qualify, recruit, and retain students throughout their programme journey, supporting their achievement of learning goals.
- Identify customer needs and uncover sales opportunities aligned with available programmes.
- Recommend appropriate courses and services to ensure customers receive optimal solutions and high-quality support.
- Accurately record and process student registrations and payment transactions in the system.
- Liaise with the Customer Relations department regarding student feedback, concerns, and service issues.
- Attend campaign briefings, training sessions, and weekly sales meetings.
- Address and resolve student complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Report daily sales numbers and enrollment metrics to management.
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities for additional programmes and services.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding listening and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- Experience in education or training sector is preferred but not essential.
