Here's What You'll Do Day to Day
Human Resource
• Manage end-to-end HR Generalist functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and work pass applications (SP/WP)
• Process monthly payroll and CPF contributions using Info-Tech HRMS
• Handle annual income tax reporting (IR8A) and benefits administration
• Develop, digitalize, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with the Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Formulate and manage the performance appraisal process and Job Descriptions (JD) for all roles
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Provide HR consultation and advisory support to the management team on people related matters
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned
Accounts Payable
• Process and verify vendor invoices, coding, and financial data entry using Xero Accounting System
• Schedule and process vendor payments via electronic bank transfers
• Maintain vendor relationships and respond to payment-related enquiries
• Negotiate payment terms with vendors and ensure timely settlement of account
Office Administration
• Provide executive administrative support to the C-Suite Management Team
• Manage office and asset operations including corporate insurance renewals, vendor management, and lease renewals
• Coordinate and organize company events and internal programs
• Maintain administrative records for employees and external trainers
Here's What is Required
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR Generalist and Accounts Payable experience
• Proficient in Info-Tech HRMS, Xero Accounting System, and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and MOM compliance
• Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
