About the Job
Position Summary:
Provide expert training in CLO3D software for fashion design students and industry professionals, teaching 3D garment visualization, pattern making, and virtual fitting techniques.
Provide expert training in CLO3D software for fashion design students and industry professionals, teaching 3D garment visualization, pattern making, and virtual fitting techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct CLO3D training sessions from basic to advanced levels
- Develop a comprehensive curriculum covering 3D garment simulation and design
- Teach pattern creation, fabric simulation, and virtual fitting processes
- Create practical projects, including garment prototyping and visualization
- Guide students through avatar creation and garment animation
- Assess student progress and provide technical feedback
- Stay current with CLO3D software updates and new features
- Customize training programs for the fashion design and textile industry needs
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with CLO3D software
- Background in fashion design, pattern making, or the textile industry
- Previous training or teaching experience preferred
- *Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) required
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fit
- Excellent communication and demonstration skills
- Patience working with students of varying technical abilities
Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in CLO3D software
- Up-to-date knowledge of new CLO features
- Knowledge of pattern making and grading principles
- Understanding of fabric properties and draping
- Familiarity with 3D modeling concepts
- Basic knowledge of fashion design software integration
Preferred Experience:
- Fashion industry background
- CLO3D certification
- Experience with virtual fashion and digital sampling
