Position Summary:
Deliver comprehensive business law education to diploma-level students, teaching fundamental legal principles, commercial law concepts, and their practical applications in business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach diploma-level business law courses and related legal subjects
- Develop curriculum and lesson plans aligned with diploma program standards
- Conduct lectures, case study discussions, and practical workshops
- Create assessments, assignments, and examination materials
- Provide academic support and guidance to students
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Integrate real-world legal cases and current business law developments
- Maintain accurate academic records and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years teaching experience at a diploma or tertiary level
- Strong knowledge of commercial and business law principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in accessible terms
