About the Job
Tembusu Institute is seeking dynamic and experienced Freelance Adjunct AI Trainers to deliver cutting-edge technical training programmes in emerging AI technologies and tools. As an innovative CET Centre recognized by SkillsFuture Singapore, we are expanding our AI and technology curriculum to meet industry demand. You will design and deliver engaging, practical training sessions that equip professionals and students with in-demand AI skills for real-world applications in retail, business automation, and beyond.

- Design and deliver engaging, hands-on training modules in AI tools and platforms (e.g., N8N, Claude, OpenAI APIs, open-source frameworks).
- Tailor training content to industry-specific use cases, particularly retail, e-commerce, and business automation.
- Conduct live workshops, webinars, and bootcamps for diverse learner levels (beginner to advanced).
- Develop practical case studies, coding exercises, and real-world projects that reinforce learning outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to students during and after training sessions.
- Gather and incorporate student feedback to continuously improve course content and delivery.
- Collaborate with Tembusu's curriculum team to align training with industry standards and certifications.
- Stay current with AI trends, tool updates, and best practices in your specialization.
- Support assessment and evaluation of student progress and competency.
Here's What We're Looking For:
- Proven expertise in at least one AI platform or tool (N8N, Claude, OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar).
- Strong background in software development, data science, or AI/ML engineering (minimum 3+ years industry experience).
- Excellent teaching and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or bootcamps (formal or informal).
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with AI advancements.
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible, project-based schedules.
- Strong portfolio or GitHub presence demonstrating practical AI projects and implementations.
- Familiarity with retail, e-commerce, or business automation use cases is a plus.
- Certification in relevant AI/ML tools or platforms is advantageous.
