About the Job
Position Summary:
Deliver comprehensive training programs in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to students and professionals, developing their digital design skills through hands-on instruction and practical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for beginner to advanced levels in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Develop curriculum and training materials aligned with industry standards.
- Create practical exercises and real-world design projects.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with latest Adobe software features and design trends.
- Customize training programs based on student needs and skill levels.
- Provide technical support during training sessions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop professionally.
- Previous training or teaching experience preferred.
- *Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) required.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both applications.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and ability to work with diverse learning styles.
Technical Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of design principles and color theory.
- Knowledge of print and digital design workflows.
- Familiarity with current design trends and best practices.
